Abstract

In adjustment procedure of mechanical watches, especially for severe ones such as chronometers for observatory contests, this theory has been a fairly strong tool. These situations, although they were for more than 40 years ago, are explained here as well as a theory itself, of which author would like to be referred the last report of the same theme written in English last year.
