Abstract
An Electrical Medical Record (e-Karte) System will be developed. This system utilizes Medical Markup Language (MML) designed by electrical medical recording committee in Medical Information Society. It promotes medical information exchange that helps cooperation between hospitals. In this project, four cooperation systems are planned; (1) health check and medical treatment, (2) hospital and clinics, (3) hospital and pharmacies, (4) clinics and medical examination center. Experimental studies using the developed system will be done in several hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, visiting nurse station, and medical examination center from June,2001 to March,2002.
