Abstract
We have organized the Global Collaboration Medical Network System Committee(GCM) since 2008 and gone ahead with the medical community system concerning around east part of Shizuoka prefecture district. The various researches and developments in the medical community system have been tried so far. As many cases were not widely collaborated and based on client/ server and web system, troublesome problems such as initial investment costs and running costs disturbed the popularization of the global medical collaboration network system. In order to resolve the above problems, GCM has developed the medical community system by cloud. The effectiveness of the system is clarified by Lung Canner Screening System.
