The Present and Future of Autopsy Imaging (3) Computer-aided Diagnosis for Ai

Abstract

In this paper, researches on computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) for Ai are introduced. Because postmortem images contain changes related with the causes of death and/or changes after death, a special kind of knowledge is required for interpretation of those images. It is expected that the number of Ai cases increases. On the other hand, the number of medical doctors who can properly read postmortem images is limited. Therefore, it is hoped that researches on CAD for Ai become more active.
