Deep Learning for Computer-Aided Diagnosis in Brain Images

Abstract

There are various researches of medical image analysis and computer-aided diagnosis based on deep learning, recently. In this paper, we introduce our studies to apply deep learning for detection of cerebral aneurysms on brain magnetic resonance image (MRI). On the other hand, it is known that manual optimization of much hyper-parameters for deep learning is tough and time-consuming. We also introduce our studies to optimize the hyper-parameters automatically.
