Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to find the future way of doing research on reputation management in Japan. Research methodology used for this purpose was case study and questionnaire. The paper focused research areas on three subjects, that is, the relationship between corporate reputation and corporate value, characteristics of Japanese companies, and concepts and tools for reputation management.
