The E-nudge Committee plays a role in active participation of young people and women in the Miyagi Physical Therapy Association (MPTA). We used LINE, a communication application to establish the official account of MPTA and for ease of information dissemination. Three kinds of web questionnaires were conducted to assess the research activities, work styles, and international fields of 432 registrants. Based on the questionnaire responses, approximately 70% of the respondents did not have an image of working as a physical therapist until retirement. The E-nudge Committee has named the project Tsunagu, which deals with the working styles of physical therapists and the background of the active physical therapists and has held five workshops so far. As the results obtained through the activity, we formed a group of 17 members who actively engaged in the activities and bridge the gap between the lecturers and participants by using a web conference system during the peak of the coronavirus disease 2019.
