In the recent Society 5.0 and post-corona era, development of an integrated high-performance platform for analytical chemistry and informatics that promotes data-driven science from remote environments is desired at research sites. National Agriculture and Food Research Organization developed the remote analytical pipeline for nuclear magnetic resonance data integrated with data-driven analysis and uni?ed management of analytical data. An automatic pretreatment robot enables to provide the homogeneous/same-quality samples with high-speed analysis for the pipeline. In addition, the solution-state nuclear magnetic resonance instrument equipped with an autosampler capable of setting approximately 500 prepared samples and the remote analysis controller are also introduced in line with this pipeline, to enable automatic execution of remote analysis easily and securely. Furthermore, the supercomputer for the science of arti?cial intelligence named “Shiho” and the large-capacity National Agriculture and Food Research Organization linked database that stores the analytical data of genomes and metabolites in agricultural and livestock products is also integrated, to enable rapid data driven analysis and unified management of analytical data with metadata. Various scientists in remote locations can be linked through analytical data by using the developed analytical pipeline and be expected that new data-driven agricultural science will be promoted.
