Study on Effective Knowledge Transfer between Regions: A Case of Project for Revitalizing Underpopulated Area

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is the development of the procedure to get useful information for promoting a project of a local government from projects of other local governments. It consists of three steps; 1) Identification of improved local government, 2) Analysis of referred local governments and 3) Consideration of ideas to improve a project of improved local government. Obtained result is a systematic methodology to develop a local government by self-help in information-oriented society.
