About Significance and an Issues of PPP and the PFI Method in Yokohama City

Abstract

A problem of this paper is to analyze PFI business in Yokohama City. As a result of analysis, the business that a city chose is mainly the hard business. An application to soft business such as administration and maintenance expected for this method is hoped for in future. On the other hand, as for this method, high technology of SPC is provided. However, a payment scheme to draw these technology is not built. Therefore VFM is expectation and is not a realization level. In addition, communalization of the information about the example is demanded from a PFI method more in future including countries local public entity interval.
