Activities of Business Firms in Ota City to Support the Work and Childcare-balance

―As a Basic Data toward a Shared Network by Public-private Collaboration for Business Firms to Support the Work and Childcare-balance

Abstract

A questionnaire has been done to survey the present situations of business firms and their recognition which are related to the issues of the work and childcare-balance. The questionnaire sheets were sent to 891 business firms in Ota City and 203 answers were obtained. The findings of the survey will be utilized to find the role of municipal government to support business firms so that they can create the work and childcare-balance.
