Crystalline cured polymers were obtained by using a mixture of 4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone (DDS) as curing agents for 4,4'-diglycidyloxydiphenyl ether. As increasing the proportion of DDS in the curing agent, the heat resistance was improved, and by setting the DDS to 50 wt%, the cured polymer had a Tg of 169.0 ℃ and a Tm of 279.7 ℃ in the DMA measurement. It was also confirmed that the coefficient of linear thermal expansion was reduced and the thermal conductivity was improved due to its crystalline structure.
