Abstract
This review describes the recent application of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to the analysis of thermo setting resins. It includes the analyses of composition, surface, microsample, curing process, and thermal degradation process.
Attenuated total reflection (ATR), reflection-absorption spectroscopy (RAS), and photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS), in addition to transmission spectroscopy, are also applicable to the analysis of thermosetting resins.
