Abstract
Acid anhydride cured epoxy resins have extensively been utilized as electical insulating materials due to their excellent electrical performances. Several problems in processing of anhydride curing and furthermore the relationship between structure and properties of cured resins were discussed refering with recent studies. The future of anhydride cured resins seemsto depend largely on development of novel catalysts which may broaden the scope of curing characteristics of the resins.
