Abstract
We have developed paper-polyester copper clad laminates, and which are used for wide range of printed circuits in home appliance area.
Affinity and adhesion among three components of the laminates unsaturated polyester, paper and copper foil are very important. Our success in composite technology to improve the affinity was one of key issues in order to materialize the superior copper clad laminates.
As another important technical subject of our development, success in industrial manufacturing method of continuous lamination has been able to break through technical limitation in productivity by conventional hydraulic press method.
