Abstract
The authons found that it was possible to apply the photosensitve nylon film to the photoresist of the presensitized relief printing plate.
The formula of coating solution is as follows,
copolymer nylon with three components 10g
photocrosslinking agent 1
initiator of photocrosslinking 2.2
inhibitor of heat polymerization 0.04 or NO
ethylalcohol 20ml
After exposure and developement of the sensitive plate, it must be done to strengthen the resist with chromic acid treatment and burning (180-200°C, 5min.),
The formula of the chromic acid solution is as follows,
chromic acid anhydride 8g
water 20ml
methylalcohol 80
We can get a good relief plate by etching the plate with Dow process.
