Abstract
It is remarkable to see the recent technical development of radiation curing that cures reactive monomer/prepolymer with UV/EB. The active application has been conducted in the field of printing/coating, and expected for the technology contributing to environment. In this paper, the current situation, the trend of radiation curing focusing on its merits and problems on various printing methods will be described. Especially, curing reaction structure, cured film property, basic formulation, UV coating·UV screen ink, UV flexo ink, special functional coating, oil-based·UV hybrid ink and low energy EB (Min-EB) system are going to be described.
