Abstract

The effectiveness of H. G. Gadamer's concept of "conversation" as "hermeneutical experience" in reference to Takeda Tsuneo's class lessons. This concept of "conversation" signifies much in pursuing the way in which the conversations should be carried on between the teacher and the text of the teaching materials, the teacher and the pupils, and between two pupils. "Conversation" is something which stimulates the person to realize his preconceived ideas and form a new "sense of value", through meeting with the "sense of value" of the antagonist called "you".
