Treatments employed to common warts and plane warts were inquired into members of Tokai Dermatological Society. Local treatments to common warts and non-local to plane warts are popular. Most members believed local injection of bleomycin is a choice of drugs in common warts and Yokuinin and PVL antigen to plane warts. PVL antigen is proved to be effective to the patients of plane warts in 30.8% and more with Yokuinin, and interestingly the patients revealed erythma, edema and itching after the injection showed more effects. The response of antitumor agents such as bleomycin and 5 FU are dramatic compared to the other drugs. Also recent literatures of treatments on warts were reviewed.
