A 47-year-old man developed a tumor on his left cheek. The tumor was elastic and slightly tender, and the capillaries of the overlaying skin were dilated. The tumor was totally excised. Histologically, the tumor was composed of adipose tissue and capillary hemangioma, and was diagnosed as solitary angiolipoma.
