A 55-year-old man with leukemic reticulosis was reported. He had no main cutaneous tumors, but erythematous papule and infiltrative plaque in the skin, accompanied by lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly. Abnormal cells were found in the skin, lymphnode, peripheral blood and bone marrow. Histologically, these cells were thought to be reticulum cells.
