Abstract
A 33-year-old man with secondary cutaneous cryptococcosis was reported. The patient had been suffering from the sight disturbance of unknown cause. During high dose therapy of the systemic steroid, the patient was afflicted with cryptococcal meningitis on April, 1977. After admission, in spite of administration of amphotericin B and 5-fluorocytosine, several slightly firm, subcutaneous nodules were noticed on both forearms and the left leg and were diagnosed as cryptococcal panniculitis by histological examination.
