A case of malignant hemangioendothelioma was studied electronmicroscopically. Increased lysosomes, well-developed mitochondria, r-ER, ribosomes and presence of inter/intra-canaliculi were observed in the tumor cells. A working hypothesis (shown in Fig. 17) about the formation of immature blood vessel was proposed by the present observations.
