A 26-year-old man developed recurrent keratotic papules of the extremities since his infancy. Histologically, keratotic plugs perforated into the dermis and contained nuclear debris and mature collagen fibers. Needle-prick or scratches induced Köbner’s phenomenon. Thirty-one cases so far reported were summarized.
