Abstract
A case of a 26 year-old female with mycosis fungoides was reported. The patient was admitted because of tumors and plaques mainly situated on the right side of the back and the left side of the shoulder. Although the skin lesions were almost completely diminished by corticosteroid and bleomycin therapy, internal dissemination occurred and persisted. She was complicated by, and died of, Pneumocystis carinii pneumonitis as a consequense of immuno-suppressant therapy.
