A case of keratoacanthoma centrifugum marginatum was reported. The patient was a 75-year-old female, and had an extensive lesion measured 2.5×4.0cm on the right cheek. The lesion showed progressive peripheral growth and central healing, and showed slow spontaneous resolution. This is the first reported case of the disease in Japan.
