Abstract
Two patients with stage IV malignant melanoma were treated with a combination of pepleomycin, ACNU and vincristine. A marked response was obtained in one patient with lung and brain metastasis whereas no response was obtained in the other with intestinal metastasis. Fever, nausea, vomiting and extensive alopecia followed pepleomycin administration. Pulmonary fibrosis was not observed.
