Abstract
We describe a 75-year-old man with sebaceous carcinoma of the right upper eyelid. Functionally and aesthetically excellent results were obtained using Mustardeé’s switch flap for upper eyelid reconstruction after a wide excision. The clinical and pathological features of sebaceous carcinoma of the eyelid, along with the surgical margins and methods of eyelid reconstruction after such a total resection in the literature are also discussed.
