Abstract
1. We report a man, 42 years of age, whose trunk seems to be too short comparing with his lower extremities.
2. Clinical pictures show undescended testis with eunuchoidism that endocrine examinations revealed hypothyreoidism and adrenocortical hypofunction.
3. By radiographical examinations, epiphyseal cartilage of long bones of extremities remain ununited for 42 years and flat vertebral bodies with osteoporosis are presented.
