A Case Report of Severe Fracture-dislocation of the Second Lumbal Spine with out Sensory Disturbance

Abstract
We report a case, collier of fourty-eight, sustained a severe fracture-dislocation of the second lumbal with motor paralysis but no sensory disturbance due to fall from the mine track car.
The fracture-dislocation was reduced and fixed by surgery ten days after the injury.
His motor paralysis gradually returned in its power and marked recovery obtained three months after operative procedure. At present he can walk without cane and has no trouble urouble urologically four months after the injury.
