The Arthritic knee presents unique problems in each case. The surgical approach should be individualized with careful consideration of the factors of stability, deformity, and motion.
We have used MacIntosh type tibial plateau prosthesis for the rheumatic arthritis and osteoarthritis since May in 1970.
We discussed the adaptation and problem of the tibial pleateau prosthesis.
