Cases of Pilonidal sinus in communicated with the spinal canal are rare and only a few cases have been reported in Japan. Our cases were infants and they have had Pilonidal sinus in the sacral region. Two cases had suffered hemiplegia or paraplegia developing with meningeal involvement signs. Since then two patients were hospitalized in the pediatric department and they had reffered to our clinic. After several days laminectomy and drainage were carried out, symptoms are being improved.
We discussed the symptoms and course of these cases, additionally study on the reported literature were done.
