A Case of Polyostotic Fibrous Dysplasia with Hemangioma-Like Lesion

Abstract

A 25-year-old female complained of dullness and pain in the left humeral region.
Roentgenograms showed a left unilateral type of polyostotic fibrous dysplasia.
A section of the left humerus revealed multilocular cyst filled with bloody clots and the surrounding medullary cavity was filled with gray gritty tissues.
Histnlogically, fibrous bone, cellular fibrous tissues and blood vessels were found in the latter, and endothelium-like cell in the former wall.
