Abstract

So many factors are suspected as causes of difficult to treat the congenital dislocation of the hip.
3 cases of recurrent congenital dislocation of the hip with persistent joint laxity were treated with variable method. However, it was so difficult to get a perfect reduction. We suspect that joint laxity is one of the causes of unsatisfactory reduction of congenital dislocation of the hip.
