Abstract
One case of restricted mobility of fingers, which was caused by leakage of infusion, was presented.
Case 33 years, female
Diagnosis: ovarian cancer (squamous cell carcinoma)
This patient was first seen with a complaint of flexion disturbance of her right fingers.
She had a history of leakage of infusion (containing 5-FU, Endoxan, Esquinone and Toyomycin) at the dorsal aspect of her right hand, 3 months ago.
Extensive tenolysis of extensor tendon was performed. But, the results was unsatis-factory.
