We observed chondrolysis of the hip joint in an adolecent boy without slip of the capital femoral epiphysis, infection, rheumatoid disease, or other known disorders. The patient is 13 years old boy, and came to this hospifal complaining pain in the hip joint.
He was treated with non-weight bearing, analgesics, and antibiotics. However, for two years after admission, his ROM was reduccing unfortunabely.
