Abstract
Twenty-five patients with lumbar spine lesion were operated by anterior spinal fusion using Zielke instrumetation.
There were eleven patients with lumbar injury and fourteen patients with lumbar disease.
The purpose of this surgical procedure was gotten early ambulation and aquisition of sure bone union afforded by solid fusion of instrument from immediately after the operation.
All caces were gotton solid fusion and were not noticed non-union.
