Abstract
Adductor longus myotomy and anterior branch obturator neurectomy are commonly carried out to the hip adduction deformity in cerebral palsy, but there often appeared hip internal rotation gait, or a board-based gait if combined with hamstrings lengthening in our cases. Therefore we concluded that anterior branch obturator neurectomy should never be done.
