Application of the Pressure Sensitive film for Simple measurement of gravity Center on the foot

Abstract

A simple method to mesure gravity center is reported by the use of the pressure sensitive film (Prescale). Twenty normalts were subjected to this study. Gravity center was calculated reading a pressure on the three points in the print recorded during standing. The results were compared with those by pressure sensors. We conclude this method can be clinically used as the simple method to mesure the gravity center on the foot.
