Abstract
We evaluated four patients who suffered from spinal angioma. Two cases were Type I and two were Type II by Doppman's classification. Selective Spinal Angiography was useful in two cases who were Type II. In another two cases the lesions were detected by myelography. All of them were treated surgically. In two cases of Type II, feeding vessels were derived from anterior spinal artery and the symptoms deteriorated neurologically after the operation. We emphasized the importance of angiography and meticulous surgical technique.
