Recently, we experienced a case of cervical myelopathy due to calcification of the yellow ligament. A 64-year-old woman was admitted to our climic with complaint of gait disturbance. Myelogram showed an incomplete block at C5/6 level by calcifying mass of the yellow ligament. En-block laminectomy was performed. Pathologically, there was no ossification in the lesion.
