Abstract
Generalized congenital insensitivity to pain with anhidrosis is an infrequent disease characterized by the absence of pain and temperature sensation and a lack of sweating. We evaluated a distal femoral osteotomy used to treat an epiphyseal plate injury in a charcot joint.
A case of charcot joint of the knee due to congenital sensory neuropathy with anhidrosis is reported.
