Abstract
Cementless total knee arthroplasty (MG II) was performed on 94 knees affected by rheumatoid arthritis. 42 knees were available for follow up. The mean age was 59.2 years old and the mean follow-up period was 59.1 months. Loosening occurred in 5 knees and none had patellar dislocation. Revision surgery was performed in 1 knee. The setting position of all components did not show any marked changes in roentogenogram in the follow-up period. Femoro-tibial angle was the most impotant factor in the further loosening of the components.
