Abstract
At the National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), Suzuka College, when a student wishes to be treated as an official absence, the student himself/herself must submit a request for an official absence in paper form. This application method is problematic because the items to be filled in vary depending on the reason for public absence, etc., and are easily mistaken, and because the handwriting is handwritten, so the characters may not be legible. Therefore, we developed a system to create public absentee applications by Microsoft Forms and Excel instead of handwritten ones. This paper outlines the system and discusses its effectiveness and challenges.
