Traffic congestion is a global social problem that significantly impacts both economic and environmental aspects. Therefore, addressing traffic congestion has become an urgent issue. In recent years, connected vehicles have been highlighted as a promising solution to traffic congestion. However, existing routing methods using connected vehicles rely only on localized traffic information, resulting in suboptimal routes. To address this issue, we propose a routing method that utilizes a wide range of congestion information in this study. Numerical experiments demonstrated that the proposed method effectively alleviates traffic congestion compared to conventional methods.
