Abstract
Recenty market became volatile.In order to respond to this situation,expectation to IT(Information Technology) is increasing among firms.Can IT sigle-handedly solve the problem?This article examines this question through the study of the management of the firms in the entertainment business.In the entertainmet business,the most important factor is the power of the product which is expressed by fun or proposal.Customers in the entertainmet market are very selfish.In order to respond to customers' selfishness, the firms are required to be agile and to offer the products which customers feel fresh.Successful firms have the mechanisms which support above factors.The management of entertainment firms is required to encourage taking risk on the one hand,to avoid it on the other.This article shows several ways to avoid falling into conservatism.The study tells that IT can show it's power when it goes with above key successful factors.
