Abstract
Recently, as a popular concept, Complex Systems has been used in a variety of fields. Although it is expected as a new method for solving problems both in science and in society, but its meaning and vision are vague. If we can not give Complex Systems a good vision, it may end just as another fad. In this paper, first, I explain why Complex Systems has become so popular, and second, I take Complex Systems as new paradigm and try to make its vision clear; last, I apply this new paradigm to management and try to give management study a new vision.
