Abstract
The matter of the investment to information technology is more difficult than that of ordinary equipment investment, because of the fast change of information technology, equal importance of hardware investment and software one, the subject covering both business operations and strategic decision-making and the different level of utilizing information technology by individuals and/or organization. The article analyzes the matter of managing the investment to information technology, firstly observing the current situation and then trying to clarify focal points as much as possible.
