Abstract
Two cases, that pathological pharynx and resonance disturbance is caused by congenitalsyphilis, have been successfully operated and resulted in complete relief of allsymptomes.
Case 1 was a complete nasopharyneal stenosis. Forcomplete and permanent correctionof symptoines, this patient adequately reconstructed the nasopharynx andeliminated all raw surfaces.
Case 2, soft palate was partialy destroyed and widly opened to the posterior phar -yngeal wall. There was a high grad rhinolalia aperta. Surgical treatment of thiscase was successed by pharyngoplastik.
