We encountered three cases of deep neck infection which is rare. This is a report of our findings.
1) Case 1 required reconstructive surgery because of a skin defect in the anterior region of the neck.
2) Case 2 had 3 independent abscesses formed in the lateral region of the neck on both sides.
3) Case 3 had an independent abscess formed in the submandibular region on both sides.
CT scan was useful for diagnosis and treatment in these cases. Appropriate surgical drainage and administration of antibiotics are considered important in the treatment of deep neck infections.
